Dear Face Book Family, I have been asked too often why I decided to come out and share my life story in my novel “From Hell to Salvation”. I was told: girl I wouldn’t have done that, that’s like giving a little too much information. You know we all have a past and child that’s exactly where it’s gonna stay in the past and she burst out laughing. You know I just looked at her and after she finished laughing I ask her, “tell me, if telling your story would help keep someone else from making that same mistake or going down the same road would you tell it? If it would save someone’s life, would you tell it? If it would keep someone’s family from the grief and pain that it sent my family through, would you tell it? If God put it in your heart, and laid out the outline and gave you the gift and strength to write “your first novel” when your body is broken and your body is weak from chemo and you feel Him lifting and carrying you to your computer to write, giving you the memory as the words flow from your finger to the screen, would you obey and do it? After that, she still just shook her head and said I admit it’s a good book, and I immediately said NO! It’s not a good book, it’ my testimony of where God brought me from and continues to lead me.
