Dear Families, I will be out of school on the 9th, 10th and 11th. I will be back in New York City, showing my little cousin Mercedes Dawnte Long the town, taking her on a college tour, and seeing a couple of Broadway shows. I am so blessed to be able to share wonderful experiences with the people I love. And I am so, so grateful for that-and that I can leave here knowing that Maestra Sheila has it covered. Of course, I have already written my away list, purchased the food for the week, gotten the spring/Easter project supplies in, and paid the bills so nothing gets shut off while I am away! LOL! And of course Sheila is nice enough to just put up with my need to have it all done before I go. Not that I EVER doubt she can do this-I just feel better knowing I have done MY job. We cant all do everything. I learned that the hard way! As much as I would like to believe I can do it all myself (sounds like a two year old!)-I have found that I cant-and happily I dont want to anymore. Its nice to share the load. Thanks Jennifer, Kasmira and Elise for helping out too! So, the kids will have an Easter lunch on Friday, April 11th at around noon. Just some pizza, juice and treats. If any family would like to bring a treat, please do. Its always kind to share. We want to just spend a nice quiet lunch together that day, and send home Easter baskets, too. Dont forget that we will be closed for our Spring Break from the 14th-21st. School will re-open on the 22nd. Tuesday. Evaluations will be out MONDAY. Finally the kids seem to be feeling better and were able to work with them without too many absences in between!!! :) Ciaoooooo! Theresa
