Dear Family, Friends and Supporters, The Election is over and now the work begins. I want to thank all of you for your kind words, support and, of course your vote. I am humbled by your support. In the course of the campaign, I met thousands of people. While many of them told me different stories of personal struggle, they were united by their concern about the future. Whether they were single Moms, manamko worried about their health care, students struggling at UOG or GCC, they want success rather than struggle to describe their future. My campaign was about Success for Guam and how we get there and you have given me the first step of a long journey. I thank God for His blessings, I thank my family for their steadfast support in some difficult times. I thank each and every person who stopped me at the mall, who shook my hand at the flea market, who posted on my Facebook account, who honked their horn while I stood by the side of road and who said a silent prayer on my behalf.
