Dear Folks- I am new to the 4x4 world. I have been following this - TopicsExpress

Dear Folks- I am new to the 4x4 world. I have been following this facebook page for almost a year now and like what I see-until recently. I have a steadfast rule in my life- I am careful with how I spend my money and how I choose my friends. So, last month I decided to go to my first Club meeting. Now I am confused. Are there two clubs? The meeting I went to was for the Royal Automobile 4x4 Adventure Club. But at the meeting, Mr. Samih was talking about registering a new club. I was assured by the Royal Automobile club that this new club Jordan 4x4 has nothing to do with them and that the old club is still affiliated with them. Now I dont mind having two clubs in Jordan and belonging to both. I think it is a good outlet for men and families to have in this country. But what I see on this facebook page is outrageous. Men are criticizing their so called friends. Mr. Samih is talking about legal this, legal that. Suing people? It seems like the 4x4 world in Jordan has started a civil war. And sorry MR. Ashraf and Mr. Samih, it seems like this new club has split the people in two. I have been reading all the recent posts. How very sad. And this facebook page belongs to which club now? I am NOT taking sides, I just want to have fun and off-road. But the atmosphere around this page and amongst my friends who are already in the club is very depressing. I orginially started visiting this page to see off-roading adventures but now all I see are people attacking each other and back-biting and trying to put their own countrymen down. Mr. Samih M Nour Janakat- is this what being loyal to your country is about? I am not criticizing you or any of the club members. I think the orginal idea was great-Men and FAmilies getting together to have fun off-roading. But havent most of you lost this goal? I am sorry this is so long- but wanted to get that idea out there. Sorry it is in English. I was educated in Uk and never learned to write in Arabic. Thank you for your time. Please think about what I have said so we can all get along. :)
