Dear Friend, Lets help those congressional candidates who oppose war, interventionism and the national security state with its widespread spying on American citizens. We need people in Congress who will truly uphold the Constitution which forbids the military interventions and the widespread spying which have, unfortunately become commonplace in both Republican and Democratic administrations. The 2014 general election season is in full swing and the Kucinich Action PAC is again providing assistance to candidates who reject policies which continually find the US waging war in other countries or supporting groups adverse to human rights and democracy. Please contribute. Congress must reassert its power under Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution, to stop endless wars which are ruining our own nation. We must encourage those who represent us to stand firm against the the destruction of the right to privacy here at home and abroad as evidenced by the unauthorized widespread spying by the dreadful NSA. It is truly time for America to come home and address the urgent need for jobs. Our nations middle class has been nearly destroyed while we have roamed the world looking for monsters to slay while Americans have lost jobs, pensions, investment, housing and hope. We can halt our descent as a nation and put America on an upward path toward survival and, ultimately, prosperity. This election cycle, with your help, we will identify the candidates deserving of support, evaluate their records and public statements, make endorsements and commit our resources to their election or re-election.
