Dear Friends - Liebe Freunde, the new year is 18 days old, and for some of us it already looks good, however it does not look good for many more. Take for example the Marshall Islands: Since decades the Marshallese are deceived by US officials as having a supreme court where in reality they have none. What they have is a bunch of US active government employees who run a racket called RMI Supreme Court. Presently it is run by a US Assistant Attorney General of Alaska, Daniel N. Cadra aka illegal chief justice of the non existing RMI Supreme Court in his home office in Anchorage. He, jointly with the active US judges Michael Seabright and Barry Kurren of Hawaii run up to end of 2013 the non-existing RMI Supreme Court from Cadras home office as a criminal enterprise, engaged in conspiracy with the illegal chief justice of the RMI High Court Carl B. Ingram, who came to the RMI as a Peace Corps English teacher for the small island of Kili. Jointly they engage in Organized State Crime and divest the people of their constitutional right to competent courts as well as depriving them of the due course of justice. The question is now and since the government of USA is aware of the ongoing racketeering in a foreign country by their own employees, whether USA will honor and protect the Marshallese human rights as provided for under Article 8 of the DHR or whether USA believes that being cheated of rights by US government officials is a privilege.
