Dear Friends, ALL of my legal papers and legal research were just confiscated again. I REALLY NEED LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO ADVOCATE MY HABEAS CORPUS PETITION, AS FILED AT THE USDC/WDMO, c/o Clerk of Court in Kansas City, Missouri. Also, the False Claims Act elements of my Civil Cross-Complaint also require a licensed attorney, as held by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. I really cant do anything without my papers and research, now taken from me as of early this afternoon (12/3/2014). I dont know when Ill be moving again, or where I will be moving to. Possibly, Ill make an interim stop at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, where I will be able to use the BOP inmate email system (TRULINCS). Having a trusted, competent and qualified Counsel to advocate my Civil Cross-Complaint has become my PRIORITY NUMBER ONE! Terry J. Harris at Harris & Harris, P.C., have quietly betrayed me, so they are terminated effective immediately: e.g. Larry Saccato has the email copy of ., but I wont be able to mail the hard copy of my my NOTICE OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND MIRANDA WARNING to Harris & Harris, P.C from here, because that envelope was confiscated from me today.
