Dear Friends, It is hard to believe that it has been a year since my sister lost her life to breast cancer. Rose was a great mom, wife,daughter, aunt, grandmother, sister and most of all my best friend. To say that this has been a hard year for me and my family would be an understatement. Your support and consideration during this past year has been such a comfort to all of us. Thank you. RO did a lot of things to help others. Fundraising was one of her specialties. It is with that in mind that I have formed the Hit the ROad to fight cancer team. Our first endeavor will be to walk in the Avon Breast Cancer Walk in October. It is our goal to raise 10,000 dollars for cancer research. I am also hoping to organize a 5K run/walk in Bradley Beach in ROs memory in the near future.
