Dear Friends, Ive got good news and Ive got bad news. Lets start with the bad news. As you know, the central command center for all North American long range weather forecasting is located in a small burrow in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. It is my unpleasant duty to report that one particular Groundhog also known as the Marmota Monax, Woodchuck, Whistle-Pig, Land-Beaver, and also Phil has observed its own sun induced silhouette which instantly prolongs the winter season by an additional six weeks. This is bad news to be sure and certainly seems a little unfair, but you just cant argue with science. Now for the good news.
