a case of muscular dystrophy of a male aged 41 years present complaints of :- 1. weakness of muscle in left lower limb. 2. pain on walking and ascending stairs. 3. complaints start with the complaint of muscular pain in 2006 4. pain mostly in left thigh < when sitting, > by rest sometimes pain referred to back. 5. thirst - normal 6. perspiration - excessive whole body; more on forehead while eating even in winters. 7. tongue - red triangular tip with white furrows. 8. irritable. 9. got angered during stressed. 10. jolly nature; like to meet people n make frnds. 11. desire salt 12. no h/o allergy 13. sleep disturbed with vivid dreams. 14. despair to life; dont satisfied with what is going through his life. reports:- MRI d.l spine wth screening rest spine:- a) kyphoscoliotic deformity seen in dorso-lumbar region with multiple vertebral anomalies in form of hemi-vertebra and fused vertebra dorso-lumbar and cervical region. b) L1-2, L2-3 acute scoliosis seen with hemivertebra leading to compression of exciting nerve roots. c) low placed tethered cord lower end of L3 vertebra. now according to you which medicine should be given????????/
