Please refer the following information to know what you will do in this position: - Delegates to and supervises all Supervisors in department. - Prepares various monthly reports as required by Director of Operation / General Manager. - Makes annual capitals and operating budget for department. - Responsible for the cost effective working schedule of all staff in Housekeeping department. - Handles and resolves all guest queries and complaints in efficient manner. - Ensures all stocks/ linen level and usage are effectively controlled. - Plans and organizes regular department training for all staff. You also have to meet some skills and experience - Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration - Minimum 3 year experience in the position of Executive Housekeeper - Have strong experience in Management and Leadership - Have good skill in handling guest complaints and solving problems - Experience in Opera system - Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written) - Experience working in hotel pre-opening is a plus.
