Dear Friends and Family, If any of you currently have coverage with State Farm I suggest to get rid of them. Exactly 2 years and 8 days ago I read involved in an auto accident with the other driver at fault. They repaired my vehicle but I had to go through physical therapy for my shoulder injury. The State Farm claims person NEVER discussed with me that there was a 2 yr statute of limitations on bodily injury claims. So after not hearing from her again since May 2013 I called today to find out what the status was and I was told sorry but you claim expired last Monday. They do not have to pay me ANYTHING now for the bodily injury or lost wages! Also no consideration that I am military. The Texas State ALLOWS State Farm to close it at 2 yrs but does not require that they do so. So they are CHOOSING to screw me. Please feel to share this post. Maybe State Farm wont care but I want folks to know so theyll consider how State Farm treats the VICTIMS in claims. #StateFarm #StateFarmClaims
