Dear Friends and Global Family, Meet Ismael Araya, a friend of mine who I met at Pranamar Villas where we host our annual Yoga Retreat. Ismael is a lover of the ocean, an artist of life, who lost the ability to us his legs in a motorcycle accident but continues to dive into the sea and surf the waves. Now, he has the opportunity to get a surgery that may help him walk again. I send him my prayers, my love, and my support.
