Dear Friends and Supporters of WorldMontana, As many of you know, Megan McGlothlen, our Executive Director for the past 6 years resigned in June to accept a position with Zoot Enterprises in Bozeman. Megan provided great leadership, dedication and boundless energy which moved WorldMontana forward during her tenure. We all wish her well and much success in her new responsibilities with Zoot. Before Megan left her office at WorldMontana, the Board hired Hannah Lansverk as Program Manager. Hannah was able to get familiar with WorldMontana program operations working at the side of Megan during the brief transition period in June. She very quickly learned the critical steps necessary to be successful in her new job. Our Iraqi Young Leaders Program and our UK Youth Leadership Program arrived as scheduled in late June and Hannah did a heroic job of managing all program responsibilities for these two programs. Hannah will take some time for a vacation in Alaska in September but we plan to have her continue to work, at least part time, when she returns to Bozeman. This fall she plans to apply to graduate schools and hopes to start her graduate program in 2015. We are very fortunate that we found her when we did and would like to hold on to her as long as possible.
