Dear Friends, my name is joe. I have been type 2 diabetic since 2005. My blood sugar was raging at 20mmol/l so i changed my diet and 4 weeks later it was down to 6.4mmol/l Im astounded. I recorded every thing i ate and did and 4 readings per day over the last four weeks. Here are one of the videos and if you want to see more just go to my channel.
