Dear God, tonight as we lay down to sleep we pray that your release comes over us. Anything that we may be harboring that is holding us back. We RELEASE! Give us the best most refreshing sleep. We shake off the negative from our minds. The hurt from our hearts. The pain from our past. Renew and make us WHOLE!!
