Dear IRS, Thank you for sending me a letter saying we owe you $1,900 from 2007 with absolutely no explanation as to why. You would think in the 5 to 6 years you waited to notify me someone could have taken the time to write a note, even a hand written one, with an explanation. So now that the government is shut down I can expect that your normal 6 hour hold time has just increased to a 6 week hold time.
