Dear Job Seekers Immediate Job opening at CBD Belapur Mail your CV at cv.teammantra@gmail for the following profile Position: Sr. Manager – Fundraising for NGO Location: Head Office (CBD) Reporting To: National Head Experience: 5yrs mimimum CTC: 5 to 10 lakhs - Planning and mobilization of resources from multiple sources to meet the requirements of the company’s Investing program. - Preparation of project reports / financial model for fund raising assignments through various financial institutions/Investors with all required documents. -Preparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data for short term and long term loans/Investments. - Preparation of bank appraisal note for renewal and enhancement of credit facilities. - Liasioning with the bankers for renewal / enhancement of limits. - Liasioning with external credit rating agencies for credit rating exercise. - Internal credit rating procedures of Bankers. - Preparation of Annual Budget and variance analysis. - Preparing Quarterly/Half yearly FFR (Federal Financial Report) reports, Stock Statements for the bank/Financial Institutions. - Preparation of presentation to Management/ Bankers. - Keep track of movement of lending rates and negotiate with lenders on borrowings to minimize cost of funds. - Ensure stage wise disbursal of borrowed fund with cash flow management. - Negotiation with lenders with respect to sanction terms viz. interest, tenure, margin, repayment, security, & other compliances. - Cash Flow/Fund Management
