We provide added services such as unhooking fishes, removing snags, packing your catch of the day, to name a few and we are most glad to assist you during your session whenever possible. We would like you to spend your valued time with us focusing on fishing rather than re-tying a hook after snapping off a snag. We seek your kind understanding if we are preoccupied and overlooked any required assistance from us, you can always approach us and we will tend to you asap. Customers are reminded to refrain from removing live baits from our holding tanks themselves, we would appreciate if you allow us this chance to serve you better. Gills Fishing aims to create a standardized platform and a fair environment for our customers to enjoy fishing in our vicinity, hence we would like to remind all customers to adhere to the house rules at all times on bait and hook restrictions etc. Customers that would like to trade in Live & Well fishes for hours redemption should do so in presence with the operator on duty for vetting, to avoid discrepancies and misunderstandings. There are strict protocols to follow for accepting L&W fishes as it will directly affect the water condition, and in turn affect your fishing experience when introduced back into the pond. We strive to maintain the ponds condition to the most desirable state and your cooperation will contribute to it significantly. We would like to provide these added services to you continuously, in aid to improving your fishing experience at Gills Fishing.
