Dear Mayor Lisa Smith, 2/14/2014 We have NOT and did NOT join forces with the democrats, but YOU HAVE...With CANDY PEREZ- (DEMOCRAT) as Second Selectmen and YOUR appointment of DAVID VILLA, a (DEMOCRAT campaign support with VOTES and MONEY) on Water and SEWER Commission. YOU Mayor DID NOT even vote for me. Your appointment of MIKE RENZULLO (DEMOCRAT) to multiple BOARDS and COMMISSIONS??? The REAL question is who have you joined with??? By what appears to be playing the INDEPENDENT PARTY. After WE PLEDGED NOT to ATTACK YOU and fellow so-called REPUBLICANS during the campaign to beat the democrats. Which WE TOGETHER DID! In ALLIANCE! (past tense) Now I got telephone calls from Bryan and you saying you (republicans ) and Kim Wimmer got a phone call from Bryan saying the (republicans) were SUPPORTING KIM WIMMER. What did we expect? We thought that their was an agreement. Never was anything told to US about ABSTAINING, at NO TIME, until the meeting, we find out different. When one invokes Roberts RULES of order, the Chairman and her ruling can be challenged by a VOTE of the BOARD. OVER RULING the CHAIR. This was not done ! People on the BOARD of EDUCATION need to educate themselves in Regards to ROBERTS RULES of ORDER. Buy the book if they dont have it! Board members should get a copy from the Superintendent, since it is their RULES, they are suppose to follow. Do they need a class? Do leaders in the republican party understand that their word should be their bond? Do they need an ethics class? It appears WE do have the Status Quo of REPUBLICRATS, the two wheels, who dont recognize any third wheel in the business of the Town of Winchester while attempting to move forward.
