Everyone has a Facebook friend or two or several that regularly post personal status updates that have no business on social media. I see this stuff and just shake my head. Do you really need attention that bad? Do you realize how this makes you look? Often I just overlook the post, sometimes I unfriend that person. But my heart is broken seeing a mom publicly bash her child, including a statement that shes glad his father isnt alive to see this. WTF?!?!?!?! A child never gets over losing a parent at such a young age. Throwing that in his face is just a low blow, pathetic, ruthless, mean and cruel. My parents arent on social media, but even if they were, they believe strongly in handling family conflict privately and respectfully. Ive pissed them off and theyve pissed me off, but never once were they hurtful or enjoyed embarrassing me in front of a crowd. Please people, dont use social media as a platform for abuse or hurt or embarrassment. Its not right, no matter what a person has done to you. And in the end, you are the one that looks like a complete asshole. Okay, rant over. Love N Hugs to all.
