Dear Members, The 2nd Annual General Meeting of the Old Josephian’s Club of Queensland will be held on Friday 1st November 2013 at the Toowong Community Hall, Josling Street, Toowong. Please be present at 6.30p.m for a 7 pm start. A G E N D A Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General meeting held on 4th August 2012. The Management Committee Report for the year 2012 to 2013. Presentation of accounting Statements for the past year. Election of Office Bearers to all Official Positions. The appointment of Auditors. The appointment of Solicitors. Any Other Business notified prior to this meeting. Meeting close. Notes; (A). Nominations for Management positions will be received up to 7p.m the time of commencement of the meeting. Nomination forms will be available at the entrance. (B). Many of the members are unfinancial; therefore the committee will greatly appreciate if members can pay the years subscriptions at the meeting. Membership expired on 30th June 2013 (C). After the meeting members are invited to stay for Short Eats and a beer (D). For Catering purposes it would be appreciated if Members contact the undersigned.
