Dear Morphy Richards India, I want to extend my immense gratitude towards you. Especially for your production and post sales services. Production simply because they made a mixer grinder that is so unique and powerful that since 10/06/2012 we have been the gracious hosts of your service executives at least 20 times. Post sales services you ask, well had they been even a little useful they would have either rectified the issue or had at least sanctioned our request of a replacement. Hence I want to extend my unending gratitude and apologize for the grief inconvenience we have caused you. Thankfully yours, Dissatisfied customer. P.S. Might I add that the absence of promptness on my post on your facebook page tells me how valued customers are to you. That is yet another thing I shall forever be indebted for.
