Dear Mr McDonalds.. Im am gravely disappointed in your local buildings; I would say restaurants but Im afraid their equipment is unable to produce products for customer consumption. Lets start with your McDonalds Warner building shall we? It fails to have a working ice-cream machine 9 times out of 10 that I go there; not to mention when I get to the second speaker box; because we all know the drill drive forward to the next speaker box that voice needs to be change by the way. Its annoying as hell. I ask them straight up what machines are not working; and they bluntly lie to me and say they are all working. Well if thats the case; can I have a thick shake please? Sorry that machine has gone into cleaning. Okay can I have a frozen coke then? Sure. But when I get to the window; sorry the machine is in defrost. Next we mention McDonalds Kallangur. That building has working equipment most of the time; but your staff and management are so rude we rather go without then deal with their annoyed attitudes because what I can only assume they have been abuse for the last few hours about their machines not working to customers satisfaction. Then we have McDonalds North Lakes. I understand as a past fast food worker that high demands of frozen drinks isnt always what the machines want to deal with and need a break too. But if a machine is in Defrost every single day for long periods of time that may need to have a technician take a look at it or get another machine to cope with demands. This store also lie to me. Ordered two frozen cokes. Paid for my cokes. Got to the last window only to be told; they cant serve frozen coke do I want sprite instead. No. I want my frozen coke! That I paid for and was then entered into a binding verbal contract to receive a pair of frozen comes that I paid for. Your thick shakes/icecreams stop being served at 12am; why do all your stores insist that they put the machines into heat cleaning 2 hours before they stop the service of these items? Is this just a ploy to screw with your customers? 😒 Lastly; No I dont want to click a link and fill in a form. Im sure you are not as mentally challenged as the crew and management at these stores; you can find a way to pass this information on by yourself. 😘
