Dear Mr Peter Bluer, Ive taken a look at your small PDF book - TopicsExpress

Dear Mr Peter Bluer, Ive taken a look at your small PDF book Seven Unusual Numbers... Now, to be honest, Im not interested in detailed numerology that much (and Im totally against Bible Code), for I focus on the divine seal that eliminates alternate readings (which is of greater benefit than any code can be). But the first thing that hit my eyes was that you give John 1.1 the numeric value 3,627... I know the value of John 1.1 (since Ive spent months examining whether scripture design is real), and so I knew its value is 3,617 - your value minus ten. Well, I know youre a mathematician. And Im none. But Im concerned about your approach: For it seems youve added Iotas value (10) because of the iota subscript found in the letter Eta in αρχη [archee], the beginning - which then has, according to you, the value 719. But the numeric value of αρχη is 709. You cannot make things fit just to have your geometry view confirmed. Exactly that is what leads to misuse - such as, codes. We have to take letters as what these are. And you cannot add 10 to Eta just because of its punctuation in αρχη. If your view is not confirmed by the sum of John 1.1, then your view is either incomplete, or simply not correct. I know that hurts. But accuracy is a must. We have that responsibility towards others. The Numeric Greek NT is still not well known - probably due to misuse (magic) of numbers. And people still think of Bible Code when hearing about the seal in Gods books. One reason may be that those who spread their magic codes on the web have no problem when mentioning Ivan Panin - as if he would have liked to have anything to do with such stuff... αρχη [archee] α [Alpha] = 1 ρ [Rho] = 100 χ [Chi] = 600 η [Eta] = 8 1 + 100 + 600 + 8 = 709 Sir, we have to be consequent: Numeric values are built by adding the letters values. And since you refer in that book even to Ivan Panin, I just want to let you know that Panin valued αρχη at 709 (at least twice in The Last Twelve Verses of Mark). - Are you aware that, when applying such iota subscript addition to the respective words, you probably destroy Panins work...?
