I am very sorry about your son. I have three sons and can not think about such excident with them. It is terrible. Your story about rescue sistem is very tipical for many countries. Here is in Kyrgyzstan we have state rescue servise ministry and like in Tawan it is absolutly uneffective. For that there are some reasons and one of them, that salary of the state rescuers is very pure. Nobody from good professionals are not going to go for work for such salaru. But for Kyrgyzstan, which has 95% territory mountains, very importante relible rescue servise. By the reason many years ago I established privat uncommercial rescue organisarion "Rescue in the mountain" with legal status publick foundation. Mission of the organisarion is rescue worck in Kyrgyz mountains. The organisation has not permanent resuers staff. Rescuers are involving just on rescue time. Motivation for good professionals to participate on a rescue work at first is very big sulary also another reasons there are . The organisation works very effecktively. Each year we do till ten rescue operations on different routes in high mountans. If you have on interest I could be do spesial report about our expesiense when will come in Taiwan. Regards, Vladimir
