Dear Music Educator Friends, especially Jordan Yonce!: Do you have a favorite Music Composition software that you use daily in class? Currently, I am using a program with my students called Noteflight. The light version is free and web-based, which is a plus in my classroom, which has a wireless hotspot. However, it is a rather clumsy program. Is there something out there that you are using that works well with your students? I am working with grades 6-8, and we are working on basic melody creation, and I am also using the program to reinforce my musicianship curriculum (pretty good stuff...) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
