Dear Parents/Parishioners, Greetings of Peace! The construction of our Lady of Miraculous Medal Chapel at Amuntay Road is still ongoing. In order for us to continue the building of the said chapel. we are organizing different fund raising programs to accommodate the construction expenses and we need your support to complete this task, as the construction cannot go through because of insufficient funds. One of the activities that we have is the Little Mr. and Miss Milagrosa starting this July 2014. We are inviting you to encourage your children to join the said fund raising program to gather funds to build our chapel, and for them to learn and enhance their social skills. We are hoping that you will favorably answer our call to help build the chapel and strengthen our childrens Faith to our Lord our God. Thank you in advance for making the work of God possible and God Bless us all. Rules and Mechanics of Mr. and Ms. Milagrosa 1. The participants should be 5 to 7 years of age and a resident of CHRV, Solar Homes, Sitio Bisaya and, Amuntay. 2. Each participants will be given an envelope with the seal of our lady of Miraculous and duly sign by the committee * The more envelopes they have, the more chances to be our Little Mr and Miss Milagrosa. 3. Each participants will have to produce P5,000 php as a minimum requirements for the said contest. 4. The canvassing will be on these date: 1st canvassing- 2nd canvassing- 3rd canvassing- 4th canvassing/Final canvassing- 5. The coronation night will be on November 27, 2014. 6. The winners of the said activity will receive: a. The crowning Mr. and Ms. Milagrosa would have 10% of the total amount collected plus trophy sash etc. b. The 1st runners up would have 7% of the total amount collected plus trophy sash etc. c. The 2nd runners up would have 5% of the total amount collected plus trophy sash etc. d. The 3rd runners up would have 3% of the total amount collected plus trophy sash etc. *All the participants will receive a certificate of appreciation from the committee. 7. The winners would be base on the amount they collected for the fund raising. The participants who gathered a higher amount would be crowned Mr. and Ms. Milagrosa. **** For corrections or additional suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you.
