Dear Participants and Supporters, Here are the details for our charity event Reps for Relief R4R EVENT DETAILS: Date: Saturday, 22 March 2014 Location: CrossFit Senayan, Hotel Sultan 6:30AM Registration Open 7:30AM Event Starts with Individual Workouts 10:00AM Team Workouts 11:00AM Individual Workout 12:00PM Announcement of total funds raised and winners The workouts will run in heats, and participants will be assigned to a heat based on registration time (first come first serve basis). SIGNING IN: Individual Participants: · Please ensure that you sign in before you participate in the workout. We recommend arriving at 6:30AM to sign in. · Based on a first come first serve policy, you will be assigned to a heat for the Individual workout. Teams: · Please arrive by 9am to sign in your team. Ensure that all your team members are present before you sign in. · You will need to provide a Team Name and select a team member to be the team captain. · Based on a first come first serve policy, teams will be assigned to a heat for the Team Workout. TIMING OF EVENTS: Below is a table of the Competition Events. · To assist us in running a smooth day, please ensure that you are in the Athletes Marshall Area 10 minutes prior to your workout. · Athletes will be ushered to the starting point of the workout area 5 minutes prior to the start time of each event. 7:30 Individual Workout - Heat 1 8:00 Individual Workout - Heat 2 8:30 Individual Workout - Heat 3 9:00 Individual Workout - Heat 4 9:30 Individual Workout - Heat 5 10:00 Team Workout - Heat 1 10:30 Team Workout - Heat 2 11:00 Individual Workout - Heat 6 11:30 Individual Workout - Heat 7 12:00 Announcement of total funds raised and winners ATHLETE AREAS: Athlete Warm Up / Cool Down: · There will be a tent set up besides the workout area. This area will be available for athletes to warm up and cool down. · If you are bringing bags or other belongings you are welcome to place them in this area, however CrossFit Senayan will not be liable for any lost/stolen property. Any property left on location is done so at the owners own risk. · We will provide some foam rollers and PVC pipes, bands for warm up. Athletes are welcome and encouraged to bring their own rollers etc in case of shortage. Marshall Area: · This will be the area beside the tent. WOD Areas: WODs will be performed at the tennis Courts opposite the CrossFit Senayan box Bring family, friends, supporters and cash FOOD AND DRINKS: Each athlete will be provided with one bottle of water. Dispensers will be provided for athletes to refill water bottles. For Purchase: Food and drinks Sports Drinks: Drink stations will be set up where athletes can purchase sport drinks with cash only. MERCHANDISE We will be selling R4R shirts on the day, all proceeds will be donated to the charities. Athletes and spectators will also be able to take advantage of discounted merchandise on the day from stores set up.
