Dear Pastors and Brethren, Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose we are and whom we serve. I am a Filipino Missionary to Thailand and I am based in Bangkok. I started a mission work here last September 2013. My sending church is International Bible Baptist Church Leandro, California under Pastor Hernes Abante. My wife and I are teachers in government schools so we are “tentmakers” so to speak. I have not been to deputation because of my work so I hope you can help me out with our ministry here in Bangkok where Buddhists are 96%, Moslems are 4.6% and Christians are less 0.07%. The burden for this country is so great for us. People know about Jesus but they do not know how He can save them. My wife’s name is Ruth. I have three children: Emerald Grace( 17) (who is in the Philippines studying in the university, Jethro(14) and Justin (11) who are studying in a Christian school here in Bangkok. We had been praying for a permanent worship place and just recently, God answered our prayers. Praise God because we were able to move to the new worship place and parsonage. But the transition has given rise to a lot of needs aside from the other needs. Please be much in prayer for us and we will appreciate whatever help you can extend. 1) 30,000 baht at the end of this month for the payment of the rent, advanced payments and deposit 2) Two kitchen cabinets 3) Two clothes cabinets 4) Sink and kitchen table 5) 10 chairs 8) 1 bookshelf 6) Repair for the bathroom and kitchen 7) Curtains 8) Floor mats 9) Dining table 10) For a Thai Pastor who can speak English to help us start the Thai ministry 11) Provision for language study. Please pray also that God will use this ministry to draw people to Himself. Right now our jobs are affected with the political situation here in Thailand.
