Dear Rental People, Your property is not pet friendly if the rules on pets are No cats, no reptiles, no aggressive breed dogs, no dogs over 20lbs, only 1 pet allowed. Getting really sick of how intolerant renters are towards dogs. Im in a rental right now and I can almost bet it wasnt dogs that drew on the doors in markers, dropped paint on the carpet, and used nail polish to draw on the counters. If renters were smart they would require child restrictions.
