Dear Residents, Earlier this morning at around 12.50am there was a power failure at all units of ATC. A report was made to TNB (report no U002ks immediately). TNB informed us that they were experiencing issues at their substation at Damansara Saujana (which supplies part of Damansara Perdana). They estimated to take 3 to 4 hours to restore power. Power was restored in about an hour at at around 1.55am. Our backup systems ensured that essential services such as Main Tower Lifts, Corridor Lights, CCTV camera system, fire alarm system etc were still functioning despite the power failure. The power failure allowed us to test some of the processes that we have implemented with regard to communication, response and recovery in such situations. Lessons have been learnt and refinements will be made. We would appreciate feedback and suggestions. Thank You for your patience and understanding Good Night
