Dear Rhonda, Today I finally found the strength to go through some of Shawnies things I have here. Cards and newspaper clippings mostly. I came to his service program and was reading it. First of all it was like looking at it for the first time as every thing is still a big blur. On the back of the program here is what I read. Sgt. Shawn M. Farrell & Pfc. Christian J. Chandler. In the rising of the sun and its going down, we remember them, when we are lost and sick at heart, we remember them When we have joys and we yearn to share, we remember them So as long as we live, they two shall live, for they are now a part of us, as we remember them In the beginning of the year and when it ends, we will remember them. Yes my dear friend we will always remember them and I am so glad we could honor your son along with our son. God bless you and may you find peace.
