Dear STARR PROP MANAGEMENT Slum Lords...You leave me living in urine that came down through the ceiling and vents and soaking walls, for three years.I shampooed the carpet so much...had to lay tile in hallway bought linoleum with thick plastic underneath for entire living room and dining area. Been begging you in writing for years to repair. You chose to do nothing now The STATE comes in (NOT YOU STILL) to see about repairs, Repairs are going to be extreeme I was told I would be staying in another apartment while the repairs get completed...afterall Ive been paying timley rent for years.Bad news YOU were ordered by the State to fix my apartment. Now DEBBIE (apartment manager )says I must move out in 60 days and are not going to blame ME for the damage that came from above apartment. How rich is that!
