Dear Sacramento Drivers. The minimum speed on Highway 80 is not 42 MPH unless everyone is doing 42 MPH. Oh and merging on to the freeway does not mean to accelerate to 60 MPH then come to a complete stop when you have successfully merged into traffic. And - I cannot stress this enough - my left blinker combined with me moving to the left does not mean hit the gas and try to side swipe me. There is room for us in this lane and the empty one to your left. Really. Just saying.
