We can use rice husks to generate electric power, steam, hot water. How much rice husk you sell per ton(1000kg) in your country?Our system consumes 1.5-1.6kg rice husk to generate 1kwh. We can supply 100KW to 6MW RICE HUSK GASIFICATION POWER PLANT INCLUDES rice husk gasifier systems and 100% biomass gas gensets. Using biomass such as rice husk and other agriculture waste, your will get low electricity price. In early of 2011, we have supplyed one 600KW system to Philippines, it has been running more than 1 years till now. They run 24hrs/6days one week. The customer is a big rice mill at that place. You can talk to local rice mills and ask how much they can sell the rice husk per ton? and you can ask them how much the pay electricity price. I will calculate whether they have feasibility or not. Our customer in Philippines, he sell the rice husk about 50usd per ton. but their electricity price is 0.3USD per kwh. So if they use their own rice husk to generate electric power by themselves, it can save 0.225USD per kwh. This rice mill needs 4.5million KHW per year, so they can save almost 1million USD per year. They are using our downdraft fixed bed gasifier, and dry type gas cleanning system, with 2 sets 400kw gas engine&generator sets. We have developed the new technology of gas cleanning system, we called dry type gas condtioning system. In this system, there is no dirty washing water anymore.
