However, till now I did not getting any respond from you. I understand I book through Expedia but I believe you have the authority to resolve this issue. Is already been more than one months. Can you please work with Expedia to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please do not always treated me like a ball when I call both of you. Overtime I called you will said sorry you cant do anything is depend on the Expedia and I called Expedia up and they said the authorisation is from your side and whatever charges imposed are cause by you. All of the above I believe you have your tele-conversation recorded. I have sent in the necessary documentation requested by Singapore Airlines more than one months ago. This is really disappointed me as I always I believe Singapore Airline always have the best customer service among all the airline.
