Todays Forecast GTA: The GTA will see variable cloudy skies with a few overcast periods today. However, there is the possibility some parts just north of the GTA may see wet flurries fall overnight tonight. Areas such as Mount Forest and Shelburne may see anywhere between 1-3cm of snowfall overnight as temperatures will be very close to freezing. Our high today will be 8˚ degrees feeling like 5˚ degrees with the windchill. The UV Index will be sitting at a 2 today. The Air Quality Index will be sitting at a 2 today, putting it in the low risk range on the AQHI scale. It will be a breezy day today with winds sustained at 10-15km/h throughout the day. Our low today will be 3˚ degrees feeling like -2˚ degrees with the windchill. Outdoor plants should be brought inside since they will not survive the night outside tonight. A Jacket or sweater will be necessary since it will be a very cool night. The next few days are looking cold with variably cloudy skies except for tomorrow, when there is the possibility for a few showers and possibly some mixed precipitation for some of the higher elevations within the GTA.
