Dear Sir or Madam, Please accept our warm regards and thanks for the support that you, your government and your people provide for the people of Afghanistan. The below text is on behalf of unheard voices who have lost their rights and their lives in Afghanistan. If this government, international communities, the government of Afghanistan and other human rights organizations do not take proper action, we will inform all media and embassies. After sharing our pains with them on the doorsteps of Karzay Palace, ISAF, Us embassy, Indian embassy and Italian embassy, we will hang or burn ourselves in front of the eyes of media and embassies. We will sacrifice ourselves for the lack of justice, wide-spread corruption and inhumanity. We will do this to help our country. We have lost our right to own property, to stay in our homeland and to live. We are asking for fair and equal treatment. We want justice and our rights restored according to the law including the below: A. Stop assassinations, killing, attacks and humiliations. Our security and safety should be guaranteed and we must be able to live with dignity. Currently, we are constantly expecting death of one of us and we have no safety in the streets or in our homes, day or night. 01. The killer of Ghulam Raza must be arrested and punished according to the law of Afghanistan. 02. The killer of Mohmmad Sarvar must be arrested and punished according to the law of Afghanistan. 03. The killer of Qumandan Moqaddam must be arrested and punished according to the law of Afghanistan. 04. Thekiller of Dr. Fazel must be arrested and be punished, according to the law of Afghanistan. 05. The killer Mohammad Zaman must be arrested and be punished, according to the law of Afghanistan. 06. Criminals who attacked on Nabi house and beat him, his mother, his wife and his daughters must be arrested and be punished. 07. Kidnappers who took Haidar and Anvar and Mohmmad Amen and stole a large amount of money from them must be arrested and punished. 08. Our lands and homes have been occupied by force and the occupiers must be punished. Our homes and land including our house in Mazar are occupied and must be returned with rents and compensation for losses incurred. 09. The people who attacked me in Mazar should be arrested and investigated to discover their relation with the killer of our closest relatives and occupiers in Balkhab district of Sare Pul Province. 10. The people who put us in jail and tortured us should be arrested and be punished, 11. The people who forced each of us for one year to work for them and for their party should be arrested and be punished and pay us compensation for losses incurred. 12. We expect economical help because of all that has been taken from us. Even when the governor of Sare Pul province sent the delegation to our area, all expenses of the delegation were on us. For example: their transportation to go to and from the area, their food, their accommodations and everywhere they went to investigate our case they asked money which amounts to bribes to perform their duties. 13. If the government does not want or cannot arrest and punish criminals, killers, attackers and kidnapers and give back our homes and lands we are ready to be relocated somewhere else in this country we will be safe - Kabul for example. The government can give us homes, lands and support us economically. 14. If the above issues could not be done we are ready to reside in other country and request asylum in your country. No pen can write how much we have suffered and the problems we have faced. A local commander name Sayed Hojat Fazily has killed six of us over last two decades. Two others among us have been disappeared including my father Ghulma Raza and my cousin Mohammad Zaman. Also assassinated were Mohammad Sarvar and two uncles Kazem and Husain Ali and two other relatives, Moqaddam and Dr. Fazel. Others were put in jail and beaten and our lands and homes in Balkhab district of Sare Pul Province were taken. Our family was forced to leave the area after making each member to work as a soldier for himself and his party for one year. Solders of this commander attacked my other cousin by the Name of Nabi in Dahna village of this district on his home and beat his entire family unconscious. His wife was pregnant and lost her child in this attack which happened in the Holy month of Ramadan last year. Another soldier of this commander by the name of Ali Haidar destroyed electricity power base of my other cousin Mohammad Amin in August 2013. My cousin spent $200000 US build the power station in Dahna village. We went door to door of many government departments and informed them of these terrible things happening. The governor of Sare Pul Province Sayed Eqbal Moonib sent a delegation about 7 years ago and Mohqeq, a member of Parliament and leader of Wadat Political party did not allow the delegation to work properly and finish the work. Even president Karzay is aware of our issues and ordered an investigation but nothing has happened. Abdul Jabbar Sabet the former Attorney General Director ordered that the document related to this issue should be sent to Kabul. The criminals did not limit their action to Balkhab – even in Mazar they threaten me and occupied my home by force where they remain. They also occupied my land in Herat and attacked me in Kabul. They brought documents from Iran for occupying our lands. A copy of it is attached to this letter. Unfortunately the administration of Balkhab District is people of Mohqeq party and under the control of Commander Sayed Hojat Fazily and Mohaqeq and they have political power and economical power and get support from Iran. They pay money and use their power to take our case and documents to Balkhab and then destroy and change the document for their benefit. This commander during the civil war killed over 700 innocent people in this district and in the beginning of his Excellency president Karzay’s government, his brother Sayed Hassan Fazily was manager of the Ministry of Martyred and Disabled in this district and registered most of these killed people as martyred in the MOM. He turned their dead bodies into a business. Because I am a journalist they have also linked with Taliban and reported to the Taliban that I am a spy of America and other Kafers and anonymous Taliban have threatened me several times. I was attacked and nearly killed four times already. I have also been kidnapped and three times was injured and signs of all injuries are still visible. I am Qurban Mansoor Bakhtar an Afghan journalist and one of these victims who lost his father, two uncles, two cousins and three other relatives in this massacre of over 700 innocent people and I want justice. In this regard, I need your humanitarian help. I have worked for years for different international Media including: Bata Bat film Company, AND.ES, CNN+TV, Coutra Tv, Elperiodico newspaper, Elmundo newspaper, La Vas The Galicia newspaper, Aina, TV of Slovenia, Focus Magazine of Germany, USAID funded Program and World Bank funded Program and so on.
