Dear Soul Sisters, We missed you last night! We had a blast - TopicsExpress

Dear Soul Sisters, We missed you last night! We had a blast decorating the ceiling and are going to finish it this Saturday at 9am ~ come on out and join us if you can! Last night I challenged the Sisters to join me in snapping out of negativity! I believe our lives will reflect a beautiful and positive change as we turn our minds and mouth to the positive! Attached you will a handout I gave with scriptures and a challenge! Starting April 1, for 21 days we are going to refuse to speak negative words or think negative thoughts. Instead we are going to meditate (which means to speak out loud and think about) on scripture and focus ourselves on the positive! We are wearing rubber bands on our wrists to remind ourselves to snap out if it ~ and even sometimes snapping that thing when we speak the negative to help us realize how often we do it! As we speak blessing we will be blessed. It is a spiritual law. At the next Soul Sister meeting on April 24th were going to spend some time sharing how much this has affected our lives for the good. The atmosphere of our homes, workplace and our minds will be more peaceful and blessed! We may have some pretty funny anecdotes from this as well. So come join us, wont you? Attached you will find the handout and the challenge. Today I sent out a devotion to the ladies who took up the challenge last night, here it is: My devotion from Jesus Calling this morning seemed to address keeping our minds on Him: Because giving is inherit in my nature, I search for people who are able to receive in full measure. To increase your intimacy with Me, the two traits you need the most are receptivity and attentiveness. Receptivity is opening up your innermost being to be filled with My abundant riches. Attentiveness is directing your gaze to Me, searching for Me in all your moments. It is possible to stay your mind on Me, as the prophet Isaiah wrote. Through such attentiveness you receive a glorious gift: My perfect Peace. Philippians 2:17; Mark 10:15; Isaiah 26:3 Have a blessed day friends! I love you and am praying for you!!!
