Dear Tanners, Friend, Amazing People!!! After long battles with the landlord to fix the ***LEAKING ROOF, ***SINKING / CRACKING FLOORS, and back main wall ***DETACHING BACK MAIN WALL to roof that leaks like a waterfall when it rains. There has been NO resolution in over a year. So there is no way we will continue to sign another lease with them. In the last 6 months the SUBWAY, STATE FARM, & EDWARD JONES office roofs fell in on them and flooded not to mention SINKING also. THIS IS A HUGE RISK and VERY DANGEROUS!!! We Reported them to the City Inspectors and have withheld rent til repairs are made for the last couple months. To a result in a 3 day Eviction OR a Lock out:( We have a long battle against them and pray for the best!!! *** BUT most of all we are sorry to YOU and sorry to our business!!! I myself have put my all into PLATINUM TANNING and truly adored all our Tanners / Customers and have formed great relationships with most of you. I APOLOGISE and am very heartbroken about this!!!
