Dear Thought Catalog, Here Are Three Reasons Why You Make Me Want to Vomit (You too, Buzzfeed): 1. Your writers cant write. Their sardonic, hipster-sarcastic tones are not becoming or artistic. They dont know how to properly use a semi-colon. They also begin their paragraphs with Firstly, Secondly, etc. Please enroll them in at least a 200-level creative writing class, as soon as technologically possible. 2. Youre making Millennials look bad. Were following the beautifully-written footsteps of Hunter S. Thompson, Sylvia Plath, Tom Wolfe, Ken Kesey, David Sedaris and Stephen King. And thus, I make my point. 3. Your writers are obnoxious. In addition to the previously-mentioned point that this site is a conglomeration of millions of examples of botched sarcastic undertone, your writers come off as obnoxious, spoiled idiots desperately out of touch with reality. Theyre a terrible represntation of our generation, its societal issues and its various social movements. Ill bow out with a huge, resounding screw you. And a hashtag: #micdrop
