Dear Vodafone. Why did I bother renewing my contract with you when I had poor coverage and even poorer customer service! I gave you the benefit of the doubt and now my phone has no service, hasnt for the past 3 hours and calling your customer service number has made my thumb sore from pressing buttons for infinite options! Oh, I did get through to someone in Vodafone by the way who passed the buck to someone in Egypt who then told me that he couldnt look into the problem for around 6 hours because their system was having maintenance!!!!! Its a business phone and although you maybe able to absorb the loss of a customer here and there, I cant! Please respond ASAP
