Dear Volunteers, A sincere thank you for coming out last Sunday for The Watershed Center/Alliance for the Great Lakes/Barefoot Wine & Bubbly beach clean-up. Your efforts made a huge difference. You were joined by more than 130 other volunteers. Among the 63 lbs of trash you collected, you picked up 585 food wrappers, over 100 pieces of firework debris, 673 small plastic pieces and more than 5,900 cigarette butts. Thank you for help us keep our beaches and water clean and beautiful!!
