Dear Waterfowl Hunters, The news is out. We have started filming a new television show for HGTV here at Mount Airy called Colonial Rehab, as the cameras follow our restoration efforts on the West Wing of the manor house. We are very excited to be working on this show which will air sometime in 2015. Because of this development we have some new restrictions in place for this year only: 1. We are only booking groups of two hunters this year and 2. Were only booking Sat & Sunday hunts. No weekday hunts. The cost is still $1,250 per hunter for two days of hunts, two night stay at Mount Airy, with all meals, full bar, bird cleaning and guides included. That price does not include gratuities for your guide. Hunters may choose to hunt ducks, geese or both if in season. We are only taking two hunters a weekend though so grab a friend and come on over. Arrive Fri night, depart Sunday afternoon. A 50% refundable deposit is required to hold your hunt. The marsh is full of hydrilla meaning we will probably have a good early season again. The corn fields are full of 12 foot tall stalks and full ears and the Canada goose shooting should be spectacular. We will also have a great wood duck season.
