Active: Participate in Vidacup’s automatic product shipment program, referred to “Auto Ship” with a minimum of 80PV, or personally purchase product of at least 120PV, or acquire customer volume totaling 120CV. Auto Ship: A monthly recurring order that ships between the 1st and 20th of each month. Brand Promoter Annual Fee: The first year fee is included in the purchase of the Business Kit. There is an annual fee due on the anniversary date of enrollment of $19.99. If a Brand Promoter is on Auto Ship nine out of twelve months preceding the renewal date, the Brand Promoter annual fee is waived. Brand Promoter Business Kit: To join Vidacup™ you must purchase the Business Kit for $39.99. This is included in the Starter Packs, or may be purchased separately. Dynamic Compression: Dynamic compression omits inactive Brand Promoters from the Unilevel genealogy during commission calculations. Dual Team Development structure: Binary structure of the compensation plan. 13 Down line (or Organization): All the people a Brand Promoter personally sponsors and anyone sponsored by those Brand Promoters make up the organization, or down line, of that originating Brand Promoter. Enroll (or Sponsor): To recruit a prospect and sign them up (electronically or in person) as a Vidacup Brand Promoter. Enroller: A Brand Promoter who recruits a new Brand Promoter into the company. Enroller Tree: The genealogical sequence based on Enrollers. For example, your Personally Enrolled Actives (PEAs) are all on the first generation (or level one) of your enroller tree. When your personally enrolled actives enroll a new Brand Promoter, they become your second generation (or second level) in your enroller tree and so on. Independent Brand Promoter (aka Brand Promoter): Independent Brand Promoter is a person that has agreed to the Terms & Conditions of Vidacup International and is an independent business owner. Leg: Each Brand Promoter sponsored on your Level 1 is considered a separate “Leg” to you. You and your entire organization are one “Leg” to your sponsor. Qualification Period: Brand Promoters must be active in the prior calendar month OR have purchased a Starter Kit for the current month. Brand Promoters qualify monthly for rank. Recognized Rank: Brand Promoters who have achieved a rank designation according to their performance will retain those titles indefinitely as their “Recognized Rank,” even if they do not meet the rank qualifications in a pay period. Paid Rank: Brand Promoters will be paid at the level at which they meet qualifications for the pay period, as their “Paid Rank.” “Month To Date (MTD) Rank” refers to the rank a Distributor holds based on the sales volume at that given moment within the pay period.
