Dear ,Your Honour Justice Munby I am wondering if you would be interested in the fact that I am applying for a Clayton injunction against Staffordshire Local Authority. I wont go too much into my case but I am the lady that bought the complaint against Dr George Hibbert resulting in him being placed before a GMC fitness to practice hearing this week and which also has featured highly in the nation media. You may also be interested to know that Farleys solicitors are planning a class action against this Dr and the relevant local authorities . I have four court bundles I have compiled myself against Staffordshire Local Authority and I have asked the directors of the authority if they would like to view them they flatly declined. I have the local authority threatening me with an injunction over pictures I have posted of my two youngest children. My children have not been adopted and are placed with relatives and I still share full parental responsibilty. In contrast I have found pictures of my other children in foster care on school websites , on foster carers pages and also pictures of other children one who I definately know was adopted on another of Staffordshire Local Authorities Carers facebook page. They have also used a child in care and named her to spearhead a publicity campaign and named two children with a picture and named them on the BAAF be my parent site much to the dismay of the mother. Which may I add was promptly taken down after it was exposed however i still have a screenshot. I have screenshots and evidence of the above and my situation is clear. Staffordshire Local Authority have been instrumental lately in trying to obtain injunctions against parents and grandparents which one your Honour dealt with the Paul and Asha Roberts case. However why is it that a local authority does not follow suit and identifies children it is apparently supposed to protect ? Where are the guidelines ? Should a child that has been in care not be allowed on sites like facebook until their 18 as they may identify themselves or their siblings ? Should siblings not be allowed to share pictures of contact with that child in care as it will identify them ? Should schools and all authority in that childs life until the age of 18 be banned from taking pictures of that child and have a responsibilty to make sure others do not ? i.e exclude them from school photographs and school play pictures .? What impact will that then have on the child ? I refuse to be censored they tried it once already so I made sure my information was out before they managed to obtain an order and then I fled so they could not serve the order on me . When there is a miscarriage of justice , incompetent social workers and no accountability more ever so parents are doing this . For example I have 4 court bundles of evidence of incompetence by the local authority , neglect and abuse of child in foster care , failing to seek medical treatment for a child for 3 years , could go on and on . It needs somebody such as yourself to look through a particular case where the parents have collated the evidence against a specific local authority . I have a document in the public domain where Staffordshire Local Authority state im a threat to their department. Reason being I run a blog which shows clear misconduct and incompetence by their staff with the evidence to back it up. I have a recording of a social worker during a pre birth assessment more focussed on my blog than on my child. I have evidence the Local Authority and Guardian committed contempt of court they were no penalties or jail for them ? As a result of my challenges to their work they have been vexatious and heavily criticised by other experts some going as far as to state they have caused me unnecessary stress and trauma . The list is endless but all available to you and i would be more than willing to drop them off somewhere for you to look at at your perusal. I work with many parents and have been campaigning for 8 years and there seems to be the same tactics used and such determination to adopt a child that lies are told in court, parents are encouraged to split from partners, diagnoses given that were never present before , unachievable goals or achievable goals only to change the goalposts.
