Dear Zane ! First off how are you doing ? Hows your family ? Hope all is well ! Well here ya go. So Im 21 I have a young son and I work a good job and go to school. His dad recently went to jail for something really dumb and I decided to pay a lawyer to get him out or the lowest sentence possible. A lot of people keep saying that Im stupid and that I shouldnt help him I should focus on me and my son. But Zane my son is still a toddler he loves his dad and he asks about him daily. Im not doing this for me its for my son and I just want people to understand that. I would never put myself in a situation where I cant provide for my child and I financially. I always put us 1st. I just dont want my son to be confused and I dont want him to be away from his father for a long time over something stupid. His father made a mistake, yes it was dumb. But I know him better than anyone and I know that he has changed a lot and to do what he did, he had to be put in a position where he felt he needed to take care of us ( his family ) my question is do you think Im stupid for helping him ? He helped take care of our son since hes been born and he takes care of him while I work and go to school. I really need him right now I cant do this alone. But nevermind me, no one can understand how heart breaking it is to hear my son ask about his father all day and ask me to call his father. It breaks my heart. I need that bond between them to remain strong and I will do whatever it takes to see my son happy.
