Dear all - there are some wonderful points to social media and some not so lovely ones. Terrier SOS is a rescue - we take abandoned, neglected and abused dogs and rehome them - mostly to the UK, but to other parts of Europe if we have the volunteers in place. We foster the dogs and give them time to settle and get to know them. We tell all prospective homes about the dogs and their behaviour and we always provide full back up. We have arranged private one to one training as well when needed. The dogs are abused, neglected, abandoned - they rarely come from homes that have loved them. They are punched, kicked, run over, beaten - they have broken legs, pelvis, teeth, they are sick. They cower at a raised voice and they flatten at a raised hand. And yet they manage to still love again and still rebuild their lives - we have the most wonderful dogs - we make a promise to each one of them - and expect any prospective home to do the same.
