Dear all, I am really excite to announce that after 3 years of research I have launched a crowd funding campaign to publish the first book dedicated to environmentally produced Terroir Champagne. I decided to publish a vbook rather than put the info online because as a Champenois very accurately pointed out - I have to eat... And I hope that I will sell more books after the initial campaign as this means I will not have to teach English anymore and can join you all next year again!!! I opted for self publishing because it is the only way to really stay neutral, however I have found out this last week that trying to raise money through crowd funding is a nerve racking experience... hence my reaching out here to ask for help... So if you are interested in the producers who really go the extra mile in the vineyard in Champagne I would really really appreciate if you could support me by either pre-buying a copy of my book and/or sharing the link with your network.
